Allow approximately 4 to 10 working days after receipt of your package to give our Workshop time to process your return.

You will receive an email to let you know that the refund has been made.

Note that the reimbursement of an order paid with a gift card or a credit will be made automatically in credit.

Gift wrapping costs and shipping costs are not refunded.*

*Also note that when a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund of your order.
